2.) How is our membership fee used?
Answer:$20.00 is paid out in commissions, $10.00 goes to the company for new downloads and admin fees (as well as a small profit), $3.00 goes to Super bonuses, and $1.00 goes to random bonuses.
3.) Is there a minimum requirement for commissions?
Answer: Yes, we ask that you have at least $20.00 in payable commissions before submitting a request.
4.) Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Answer: No we do not and I will explain why. If we did, then everyone would buy the package, grab what they can, and then request a refund. But we will make sure that all of our downloads are in usable condition. If you find one that is not, we will replace it with something similar or better.

We buy these programs with master reseller rights i.e. we can sell them in the aftermarket. By doing it this way, we can offer hundreds of programs at a fraction of the cost.
7.) When are bonuses paid out?
Answer: Bonuses are paid immediately when the bonus points are hit, or when any given contest ends.
8.) What is the "Random Bonus"?

9.) How do I know that you guys won't cheat me?

They are a processor and not an agent for a processor like Paypal is, and they require numerous documents to identify yourself and verify your credentials. 10.) How can I request my commissions?
Answer: On the 25th of each month, a commissions request link will appear in your members account. Simply log into your account and make your request. It will be removed just prior to the first of the following month.
11.) Do you have any banners and marketing material?
Answer: Yes, we do. They are also in your member's area. We have banners and text ready for you to use that are linked to your unique affiliate ID. Simply follow any and all instructions.
12.) If I try my own personal Referral link, it goes to my home page showing my profile information to everyone. There is an error.
Answer: No, this is not an error. It only shows on YOUR computer – no one else will see it. You just see it since you are logged in, but no one else will ever see that.
13.) The Downloads do not work
Answer: You just need to click on the download link as they are working perfectly. If they do not work for you, then there are a few of things that could possibly cause the problem. Here are some:
- If you are using a firewall, deactivate it.
- Clear your cookies and temporary internet files and restart the browser.
- Something could be wrong with your browser
- Also, only click the download links in your member area - do not copy them and paste into a separate browser window or do not use any function (such as the shift key, or right click and "open in new window” tab) since the downloads are protected and can only be downloaded from the member area window itself.
- If you are using the latest version of IE - it could be that you have a setting to open a link when clicked in a new tab. That will cause the same problem as #4 i.e. opening them in another window. You may need to adjust that setting first.
